Hi, I'm David, the owner of Elevated Visuals LLC. After a rewarding 30+ year career in information technology, I’ve launched my own business to support local real estate agents, property owners, businesses, and event planners with high-quality photography services.

I’ve been an FAA-certified Part 107 commercial drone pilot since 2019 and bring over a decade of experience in corporate event photography, traveling across the U.S. and internationally to capture impactful moments. With a strong commitment to customer service and a deep understanding of technology, I bring precision, creativity, and reliability to every project.

To deliver exceptional results, I use a range of advanced techniques including HDR and flambient photography, 360° virtual walkthroughs, and aerial imagery via drones—ensuring every space and story is captured at its best.
